As a Bright Horizons Back-Up Care user, you can easily schedule care right from your mobile device with the app. Whether your regular caregiver is unavailable, your child has a school holiday, or you're returning to work after parental leave, the Back-Up Care app is your efficient and on-the-go solution for managing family care challenges.
Key features of the Back-Up Care app:
- Sign up for your benefit using your employer's username and password.
- Submit new requests for back-up care.
- Select previously used caregivers.
- View details of existing reservations.
- Receive notifications when reservations are confirmed.
- Create new reservations quickly by copying past reservations.
- Find nearby centers and view their locations on a map.
- Add confirmed reservations to your device's calendar.
- Access detailed information about your benefit offering.
