The Back-Up Care app now makes accessing this program even more convenient. As a Bright Horizons Back-Up Care user, you can easily schedule care right from your mobile device with the app. Whether your regular caregiver is unavailable, your child has a school holiday, or you're returning to work after parental leave, the Back-Up Care app is your efficient and on-the-go solution for managing family care challenges.

Key features of the Back-Up Care app:

 <li>Sign up for your benefit using your employer's username and password.</li>
 <li>Submit new requests for back-up care.</li>
 <li>Select previously used caregivers.</li>
 <li>View details of existing reservations.</li>
 <li>Receive notifications when reservations are confirmed.</li>
 <li>Create new reservations quickly by copying past reservations.</li>
 <li>Find nearby centers and view their locations on a map.</li>
 <li>Add confirmed reservations to your device's calendar.</li>
 <li>Access detailed information about your benefit offering.</li>
